Staging: bcm: Remove typedef for _packet_info and call directly.

This patch removes typedef for _packet_info,
changes the name of the struct from
_packet_info to bcm_packet_info.
In addition, any calls to the following typedefs
"PacketInfo, _packet_info" are changed to call the
struct directly.
