RDMA/srpt: Fix handling of SR-IOV and iWARP ports

Management datagrams (MADs) are not supported by SR-IOV VFs nor by iWARP
ports. Support SR-IOV VFs and iWARP ports by only logging an error message
if MAD handler registration fails.
