drm/gem: rename GEM CMA helpers to GEM DMA helpers Rename "GEM CMA" helpers to "GEM DMA" helpers - considering the hierarchy of APIs (mm/cma -> dma -> gem dma) calling them "GEM DMA" seems to be more applicable. Besides that, commit e57924d4ae80 ("drm/doc: Task to rename CMA helpers") requests to rename the CMA helpers and implies that people seem to be confused about the naming. Also drivers/gpu/drm/Makefile was fixed up manually after renaming drm_gem_cma_helper.c to drm_gem_dma_helper.c. This patch is compile-time tested building a x86_64 kernel with `make allyesconfig && make drivers/gpu/drm`. staging: drm/imx: add i.MX IPUv3 base driver The IPU is the Image Processing Unit found on i.MX51/53/6 SoCs. It features several units for image processing, this patch adds support for the units needed for Framebuffer support, namely: - Display Controller (dc) - Display Interface (di) - Display Multi Fifo Controller (dmfc) - Display Processor (dp) - Image DMA Controller (idmac) This patch is based on the Freescale driver, but follows a different approach. The Freescale code implements logical idmac channels and the handling of the subunits is hidden in common idmac code pathes in big switch/case statements. This patch instead just provides code and resource management for the different subunits. The user, in this case the framebuffer driver, decides how the different units play together. Some of its capabilities include: * 4K@60fps; * HDR10; * one graphics and 2 video pipelines; * on-the-fly decompression of compressed video and graphics; The reference manual can be found here: https://www.nxp.com/webapp/Download?colCode=IMX8MDQLQRM The current patch adds only basic functionality: one primary plane for graphics, linear, tiled and super-tiled buffers support (no graphics decompression yet), no HDR10 and no video planes.
