docs: blockdev: convert to ReST Rename the blockdev documentation files to ReST, add an index for them and adjust in order to produce a nice html output via the Sphinx build system. The drbd sub-directory contains some graphs and data flows. Add those too to the documentation. DRBD is a shared-nothing, synchronously replicated block device. It
is designed to serve as a building block for high availability
clusters and in this context, is a "drop-in" replacement for shared
storage. Simplistically, you could see it as a network RAID 1.
Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones: DRBD driver Rationale: Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate. Deterministic algorithm: For each file: If not .svg: For each line: If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`: For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`: If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions return 200 OK and serve the same content: Replace HTTP with HTTPS.
