fix: remove all ProgressPanel component references to resolve Docusaurus build errors

- Removed remarkPlugins configuration for ProgressPanel in docusaurus.config.js
- Removed clientModules configuration for ProgressPanel in docusaurus.config.js
- Deleted unused ProgressPanel.js and ProgressPanel.module.css files
- Using pure HTML/CSS implementation in docs/intro.md instead
- This completely eliminates the component recognition issue
