串联 6 个步骤：Issue 自动分拣 → PR Review 汇总 → Release Notes 生成 → 社区健康体检 → 贡献者致谢 →
社区运营周报。其中前三个对标官方 examples/workflows 的三个参考场景，并复用了子赛题二贡献的 5 个自研 Skill 能力。

已在 Gitlink/gitlink-cli 上真实验证，16 个单元测试通过。

ad470f15ba feat(workflow): gitlink-flow 采集主调用链改用 gitlink-cli 命令 
依审阅意见整改：cli.py 封装 gitlink-cli 命令为主调用链，glapi 作为 fallback；README 流程图改 mermaid；周报标注数据来源。
